    I have been living here for a few years and it has definitely had its ups and downs. When I first started it was between 4 and 5 stars and now since Dodson has taken over it is 2 MAYBE 3 Stars. It’s been through several management companies...first starting with Legend Property Group (who ran it very well), then Aspire Property Management (RIP?) and now being owned by Dodson. Neighbors are pretty friendly but we definitely have a mail and package problem. Sometimes the mail doesn’t get delivered even though it says it has been and then there are also people in the building stealing packages, especially during the holidays. I really wish Dodson would install cameras... So Dodson decides to implement package lockers in 2018 (even though we already have some??) and then you have to pay for the package locker if you renew. There are dogs in the building that constantly bark throughout the day and I really don’t think this is a Dodson issue, it’s more of a pet owner problem. Parking is provided as mentioned in other reviews but it’s across the street where yes you’ll frequently be approached by random people on the street or even the possible homeless bum taking a piss in the alley during the middle of the day...and it’s not included in your rent. Building managers are somewhat accessible but it’s very hard to get someone to answer the phone or their email. Mostly the phone is the issue. Also the elevator has a mind of its own! There have been multiple times the elevator has stopped working for days and days and then the elevator inspection sheet isn’t even shown. There was one winter when a resident just let their dog piss in the elevator every day because they didn’t want to take them outside. That really sucked. Another problem I have is when Dodson took over management, the person dealing with online payments and my lease decided to overcharge me and pull a slick one to mess up my lease agreement....luckily it was changed after a month or two. Basically I am really looking forward to moving out in late summer 2018.
