  Be careful when applying with this company. We paid our application fee and were qualified applicants and the only applicant for a house. They took another application days after and became non-communicative. Finally reached them to find out we did not get the house after being led to believe that we would which led us to scramble and find an alternative. We asked that they do the ethical thing and refund the application fee and they refused. We understand that is their right to choose another applicant but they waited 30 days to cash the check knowing they had been somewhat dishonest in their communications.
